Garage Conversion Into a Home Office, Near Elmswell
An empty bare-brick garage, converted into a fully insulated, plastered home office with new flooring, lighting and garden doors.
Converted into a finished office space
The job started with an empty bare-brick garage. A floor membrane and insulation were installed as part of the conversion. Timber studwork was built to the walls, then insulated, plasterboarded, skimmed and painted to create the finished room. Electrics were first-fixed with recessed downlighting, while a new window and sliding patio doors opened the office onto the garden. Wood-effect laminate flooring and a radiator completed the space. The work was carried out by Walkers, in partnership with HandyConnection.
Send a couple of photos of the space and a rough idea of what you’d like it to become.

Photos, a rough location and a short description are usually enough to start. Jake can then advise whether the next step is a repair, site visit, quote or wider project.
Tip: include your rough location, photos if you have them, and what you need repaired, built or improved.
